Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital is under new ownership.
 
       In December 2006, Sonora Hospital was acquired by Haven Behavioral Healthcare. Haven is considered a leader in free-standing behavioral hospitals, as well as hospital-within-a-hospital and managed units within medical/surgical facilities.
       Sonora Hospital is a 52-bed acute behavioral facility dedicated to the treatment of behavioral and chemical dependency issues. The hospital provides crisis evaluation and stabilization services for children, adolescents and adults. Sendero de Sonora, opened in 2003 in central Tucson, is a Level II 10-bed adolescent crisis stabilization and respite unit developed and operated by Sonora exclusively for CPSA (Regional Behavioral Health Authority).

 
With a focus on quality clinical programs, payer partnerships and customer service, Sonora is the market leader in southern Arizona.
