Dr. Silsby earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Letterman Army Medical Center, Presidio of San Francisco, CA. Dr. Silsby is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Forensic Examiners, and is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Harper earned her doctorate in psychology from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and completed her internship at Lackland AFB as an active duty Air Force officer. Her three additional years of experience as the Flight Commander of Malmstrom AFB's mental health clinic gave her the insight and training necessary to hold the title of Clinical Director at Haven Behavioral War Heroes Hospital.
